How Do You Move Up the Loyalty Tiers?
Your tier is determined by your total bets placed from the 1st to the last day of each month. If your monthly wager is below ৳50,000 you're at Bronze; ৳50,001 to ৳1,50,000 places you at Silver, and so on up the tiers.
One great thing is that once you reach Gold or Diamond tier, you won't drop down immediately if you wager a little less the following month — there's a protection buffer built in. This means regular players won't lose their cashback tier just because of one quieter month.
